Bedrooms
1st floor:
Bedroom 1 (Mimosa) with double king size bed
Bedroom 2 (Oleander) with twin beds - can be made into double king sized bed

Ground floor: 
Bedroom 3 (Fig Tree) with twins - can be made into double king sized bed
Bedroom 4 (Bay Tree) with twin beds - can be made into double king sized bed
Bedroom 5 (Olive Tree)  with double king size bed
  

All bedrooms are provided with a fan during summer months. Cot and 2 folding beds are also available if required

Bathrooms
Bedrooms 1/2/4 -Have en-suite shower rooms with WC, hand basin and bidet.
Bedroom 3 - Has en-suite bath with shower over, WC, hand basin and bidet.
Bedroom 5 - Has en-suite shower room with WC and hand basin.

 

All bathrooms have heated towel rails and extraction fan.

Additional Cloakroom with WC & hand basin on 1st floor landing.     

Kitchen open-plan with living & dining room. Well equipped with central 'floating island' breakfast counter & 4 stools, very large gas cooker, 6 ring gas hob, American fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, iron/board.  

                                     

Open plan living room/dining room furnished with large wood-burning stove, 2 leather 3-seater settees with recliners, armchair, wood and glass coffee tables,
32" flat screen TV, DVD player, some DVDs/CDs, some English books, games, glass & leather dining table and chairs seats 6.  Double glass doors lead to balcony. Separate additional dining room with extending table seats up to 10/12. Italian-style dresser. 

During winter and cold months the 1st floor apartment has underfloor heating with thermostats in each room. The ground floor rooms are heated by individual thermostat controlled radiators.

 

Outside Large Balcony partially covered by wooden veranda with tables and reclining chairs. Spiral staircase leads to terrace, gardens and pool. Large shaded area beside the pool with barbecue, sink, tables chairs and benches. Pool/Snooker table, Various seating areas placed on all Terraces. Seating area under balcony with settees, easy chairs and coffee table.  

 

Parking area for up to 4 cars.

 

Included in the rental
All bed linen (change once a week. Extra mid week change 10 euro per person)

Towels, beach towels, tea towels, tablecloths, extra quilts/blankets. Some cleaning materials, mops buckets etc. Use of Washing machine, (Detergent not included) Regular swimming pool maintenance. Cleaning at end of your stay is included in the rental.

 

Not included in the rental
Logs for Wood- burning Stove and Gas for Under-floor Heating charged as supplied, as used.

 

Change-over day is usually Saturday but it may be possible to be flexible.

 

Access to the Villa on day of arrival is from 4.30pm.  Vacate on departure day by 10 am.

 

When the APARTMENT is rented the swimming pool, gardens and terraces may be shared with other guests staying at Villa Collina

 

When the WHOLE VILLA is rented you will have sole use of the Villa, swimming pool, gardens and terraces.

 

WE HAVE 2 CATS WHO LIVE OUTSIDE AT THE VILLA. THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND  WILL NOT BOTHER YOU TOO MUCH! WE DO ASK THAT YOU DO NOT FEED THEM OR ALLOW THEM TO ENTER THE BUILDING.
